1How do I print my Billet Imprimé®?

  1. To print your ticket, you must choose the "print at home" option when you make your reservation.
  2. Then you can, optionally  :
    Click on "print your ticket" link of your confirmation e-mail.

    Then click on the "print your ticket" link :

    Click on the "my orders" link of the home page.
  3. Enter the 6 character file reference and the name entered when ordering.
    Click on the link of the home page.
  4. Specify the name / forename / date of birth of each passenger and then validate.
     The Billet Imprimé cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Your tickets are created in PDF format. You can print them as many times as you like, using a computer equipped with Acrobat reader and a printer.

 A travel ticket in printed at home is in one name only, personal and cannot be transferred.

This is why we have created a page for checking the information entered when you create the image of your ticket. It specifically states that you should check the information because no modifications can be made once the ticket has been created.

3Do you accept the US format for Billet Imprimé?

The standard US format close to the A4 format (21X29.7cm) is accepted by the ticket inspector during ticket inspections on board the train.

4Must the Billet Imprimé ticket be date stamped and printed in colour?

Print this question / answer

During inspections, you must present your Billet Imprimé without date stamping it or cutting it out along with a valid identity document with a photo. The family record book is accepted for children.
