Has my train ticket order been correctly recorded?
After you have finished your order on www.voyages-sncf.com, you will receive your 6 letter file reference on the order confirmation page.
It is also sent to you at the e-mail address that you entered when making your reservation.
If you have not got your 6 letter file reference, you can find your reservation using the on-line search engine (only accessible in French).
Your should enter the following criteria:
- Name and forename entered when placing the order,
- E-mail address,
- Month during which the reservation was made.
If the search engine finds your file reference, it will be automatically sent to the e-mail address entered when placing your order.
