I have not received my train tickets at home
- Go to the station and present your file reference and the banker's card you used to pay for your tickets on-line to the agent. He or she will ask you to pay for the tickets again and issue them at the same price.
- While you are there, ask for the "Traveller's After-Sales / Sent to Home" form for the refund of tickets that were not received.
- If you receive the tickets in between times, please return them to the address below:

If your train leaves from a foreign station, you will not be able to get an agent at the station to issue your tickets. In which case, you should:
- Buy new train tickets.
- Get the inspector on the train to personalise the tickets you have bought.
- Ask the SNCF ticket office of the station you arrive at in France for the "Traveller's After-Sales / Sent to Home" form.
