Checking a sum debited from your account
When you have completed your on-line payment on www.voyages-sncf.com:
- The debit from your bank account corresponding to your train ticket order will be made within 48 hours.
- The debit on your bank statement will be entitled: "WEBSNCF LILLE".

If you find an abnormal debit (double debit, transaction cancelled on-line…), you can contact us by e-mail sending us a message.
For orders placed over two months ago, contact the SNCF customer relations department directly by letter only:
